The house, completed in 2024, is located in a seaside town near Barcelona. A big advantage is that the house is located on the top of a hill, providing unique views at any time of the day or night. The area of 350 square meters includes a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, three bathrooms and three bedrooms. Furniture and accessories designed by Loft Kolasiński include chests of drawers and a console in the living room, wardrobes, mirrors, wardrobe, bed and bedside tables, dressing table, bathroom furniture, concrete washbasin, steel joinery (shower cabins). When equipping the kitchen, we cooperated with the Danish brand Vipp, which provided furniture, accessories and kitchen appliances. For the project, we gathered a collection of unique furniture, lamps and accessories from Europe and Japan. These include projects by Kengo Kuma, Jorn Utzon, Space CPH, Poul Henningsen, Verner Panton, Jean-Marie Massaud, Gianfranco Frattini, Joan Gaspar, Patricia Urquiola, Henning Koppel, Sami Kallio, Jean Prouve. Terrace furniture was provided by Pedrali and Carl Hansen & Son. The author of the paintings that decorated the walls of the living room is David Von Bahr.
