The apartment is located in a tenement house from 1886 in Warsaw at Mokotowska street. The investors’ idea was to create a comfortable apartment for short-term rental. The new layout required a general renovation. It’s equipment is dominated by natural materials such as wood, wool, linen, stone… The interior was equipped with furniture and accessories designed by the Loft Kolasiński studio such as wardrobes and kitchen and bathroom furniture. In addition, we have gathered a collection of furniture, lamps and accessories, mainly by Danish, Czech and Polish designers. Among the furniture and lamps, there were several items from the vintage market. The furniture underwent professional carpentry and upholstery renovation. An interesting element of the apartment’s equipment is a pair of exceptionally rare, collectible armchairs, produced at the turn of the 50s and 60s. To decorate the wall in the living room, we used a poster from the Erwin Olaf exhibition.
